Daily overrides, Downstate date ranges, and global case-type eligibility
Click Save Changes to store daily edits and explicit Downstate date-range overrides in data/manual_overrides.json. Case type eligibility and resident percentage ranges save immediately for every schedule date. Every successful save is recorded in data/edit_changes.log.
Downstate rotator override
The selected schedule date must fall inside the range. These names appear in the scheduler and FILL OR. Skeleton still prints Downstate 1 and Downstate 2.

Resident dropdown percentages
Controls the saved-schedule history used for each resident's percentage and least-used ordering. Call Room counts toward its G4 or ASU General Surgery location.

Each class uses saved drafts before the selected schedule date. “All recorded data” begins with the earliest saved draft.
Case type eligibility
Choose which residents can appear for each case type or special room. These rules apply to every schedule date. General Surgery is excluded.
